I wanted to do this to combine what I am passionate about: health, and my art, music. I am working on getting accepted into medicine and have played piano since I was very young and have my Associate Diploma in Piano Performance."
The October 1st concert at the Carrot River United Church attracted 70 people and with the help of his mother, who provided the baking that was served at intermission, Bradley was able to secure a start to his cause. In addition to the concert he contacted local businesses and in total raised $1485.
The Carrot River Co-op generously provided the remainder of the funds so that Bradley was able to fulfill his goal and donate a Lifepak CR Plus Automated External Defibrillator and Surface Mount Cabinet to his alma mater. " I was extremely happy", says Bradley, "that it went over successfully. It wouldn't have been possible without the generosity of the community, or the help from my family and friends."
